Pathetic service ..use call center agents

Fnb call center is the worse ****ing call center ever,, I made numerous calls to the call center and they kept putting me one one department to another ...I will ****ing close my business acc and rather move it to nedbank ..such ****ing pathetic service ...no point having all the innovation but your service sucks...your staff are useless....the only helpful person was modise rapoo...
