Pathetic service , unable to receive any assistance to settle and update ITC.

Good day I would like to settle my covid relief loan .

Can you please forward me a settlement statement.

We have spent 2 hrs in the branch and it appears that a department dealing with these loans is non existent.

This is affecting my ITC and my attempt for a homeloan and naturally I am upset that I want to settle but cannot find anyone and should I settle who will then update the ITC and provide us with a paid up letter.

Also it shows that no payment was received withing the last 9 months yet I am getting notifications to say that parents have been made via my cellphone which is also concerning.

Please assist as soon as possible.

Regards C. Johnstone ***

Every number given leads to dead end and I cannot just make a payment asI need ITC ipdated and a paid up letter.

Thw consultants on branch thselves have advised I do not make a payment until I can find the department to ensure that they will in fact update because no one can seem to find anyone who knows about Covid loans.

Threy are quick to send messages to collect payment but can never be found to assist when you want to make a settlement,I had the same issues with settling my credit card.

Good day this response is not satisfactory as the perso.they are asking me to contact is on leave. I need the direct contact details of someone I can reach immediately as well as a settlement letter not an arrangement out.

Thank you

Good day after managing to get hold of someone and settle my account,I have now been from one dept to another and given several different numbers to call in order to reach the attorney ls dealing with my my account. The consultant advised me to get hold of the attorneys in order for them to update my ITC and remove the account from their department.

Still however no one can direct me to the necessary parties.

This is just so frustrating.
