Pathetic Service today 01 July 2021

I have called FNB Premier Banking today, after being an FNB Client for years now. What a load of nonsense, first I was cutoff after 3 attempts at calling a premier banker, then I was told to call FNB Life the same thing happened, after being put on hold 3 times by the consultants who don't seem to know how their system works. Is there any competence left within this bank? Really get your phones to work and stop playing around man, how can a client sit on the phone the whole morning still without any solution, I also have work to complete. Your service is pathetic and you don't seem to care despite my indication to you even before today about my leaving your bank. Maybe you guys should just close down and sell peanut butter or something.
