Pathetic service to say the least !!!!!

Pathetic Bank !!!!!!!!! Unprofessional employees who cut your calls when you are still trying to explain your issue. Employees who take you from pillar to post, suggesting their reluctance to assist their clients. I am changing my bank after this. Debit orders that were not authorised by me, and high amounts to add to that. I need the investment department, however my calls are being transferred to the wrong people who end up transfering me to the irrelevant people.

I need FNB to call me and help me out ASAP
