Pathetic service to long standing customers.

I've been with FNB for more than 20 years. Registered a new business, tried opening the first business zero account because company is only opening now, is not showing any revenue, application is declined, I need to upgrade to the gold package for businesses earning up to R5mil per annum. Seems like false advertising, looping you in with bait of a business zero account just to force you to upgrade to the gold package. On the secure call, my call is ended when I request to be assisted before tomorrow. Just hang up. Super unprofessional consultant. What has FNB become???? Will take my business somewhere else... Closing all of my accounts with FNB.
