Pathetic Service, Time and money wasters!
Hi FNB
This is getting ridiculous!!!
Its been 2 months since i put my credit card claim in, phoning every week and nothing is happening...
Just escalating the claim every week with no results! Waste of time and money!
Pathetic service!
Sort this out now im sick and tierd of your lies!
Why have i taken out this policy and been paying for years and then when i claim you just avoid me and tell me lies week after week!

No ons contacted me in 24hours and NOTHING has been done excecpt charging me R2259.00 from my overdraft that ive been trying to clear from money ive been loaning from family when i have a policy to cover this!
This is unexceptable and down right wrong!
