Pathetic service that isnt changing!!

I have been trying to get a credit card off my profile for the past 2 years now and not getting any joy. Get sent from pillar to post. Logged HP query and they said it would take 3 months when someone did finally contact me - ref *** Now no one is responding to emails again!!! I need someone to urgently call me back and sort this out
