Pathetic Service! Slow and NO feedback!

I submitted a claim on 30 November for a ****** cellphone. We're on 10 December now and my claim has still not been resolved. I have had to follow up every day just to get feedback. All I hear back is \I will phone you"then it never happens. Further to that"
