pathetic service seems i am the only person experiencing the pathetic service

This is still outstanding it has been a almost a year now almost a year ago i logged Query Ref - **********NF

where FNB deducted 3400 rand off my credit dacrd 2 x i am still waiting for the return of this outstanding amount.

Query Ref - **********NF this reference number i was suddenly sent a mail that asked me to fill in a dispute form i asked them in a mail to call me gave them my number as well below is the mail i sent to them

"As per usual FNB are not very helpful

I no longer have the card I used for this transaction and the option to select for what happened does not show me what I need to select

Why is FNB so Pathetic this has been a problem for a year and now suddenly they want a despute form that has very little information on it
