Pathetic service remains unmatched

Your service never improves at all you just like ****ing people off honestly , you're toxic and it's unfortunate there are personal reasons iam still with your pathetic bank with *********** stuff I've asked nicely for you to close the temporal loan account which was paid up last month already and asked for the later a week later I still wait ,you have the audacity to email and not even bother calling people that's the worst you always do but again who cares
