Pathetic service regarding estate late accounts!!

My Mother passed away in November. As per her will and testament I have been made executor of the estate. Everything has been going fine, until I had to deal with FNB to open an account where all the monies from her various accounts and assests can pay into. I am an FNB client, and phoned my private banker yesterday, and was told that I need to take the letter of authority to a branch so that they can open the account. This morning, I sat in the bank branch for an hour waiting, only to be told. I need to bring the id of my mother as well as the certificate of death. So I went back home again. And returned with certified copies of everything (as I handed the ID and original certificate of death in for the court to register the estate). Again I sat there for an hour. Only to be told, they do not accept certified copies of the ID and certificate. Pathetic pathetic service! They actually told me that they dont trust copies that were certified by the SAPS. So now I am twiddling my thumbs to get these documents because FNB is anal retentive. While the accounts that need to get paid out of the estate is racking up interest as its not getting paid. FNB you can close my account also, I'll go to a bank that want the business
