Pathetic service regarding debits

I made p[rovision for the debit orders to be taken off my account on the 1st, i got an sms confirming that it was taken. on sunday i went to buy building stuff and transferred more money for that as my balance after the debits was R711.

Yesterday i needed to renew my licence disc so i drew R450 but the balance was R1111, i couldnt understand what cause it was supposed to be less, so i log onto the FNB app and to my suprise FNB deliberately reversed all my debits as unpaid which i dont get, so i went into FNB branch in bryanston and waited for more that 1hour in the queue to be helped, Sylvestre tried to help but couldnt so he called the supervisor then the Operations manager, shame! she also tried but said all she can do is wait for the reserved purchases to be cleared so that she can see if by the 1st i had enough funds for the debits then they will advise if they will refund the charges or not but am still waiting this was supposed to be yesterday.

So today i called the number i was given for follow up but ended up at the call centre, Raeem tried to help but reluctantly advised me that i dint have funds in my account, what i so annoying is that i keep on getting contradicting stories as in the cause of all this, after a long while trying to make him understand, he said he will take a msg for the admin dept or something like that to have a look and advise me.

I am tired of all this issue going back and fourth, i need my money back which FNB took in charges.

Its so sad that this has to come to this after having a wonderful relationship and excellent service with FNB.

Please can someone call me and explain when am getting my money back
