Pathetic service received from FNB sales department

Complaint Reference *** Consultants from FNB Sales Fast applications and Revolving loans department are totally unqualified and they don't know what the hell to do in order to fulfill their duties. They transfer customers from department to department only to end up back in the same department. I've been approved for a revolving loan but the facility was not added. The sales department was totally rude and kept on transferring me to other departments or cutting my calls This service is pathetic and its ******* for a bank to do this. This shows how much things have changed simply by employing the wrong staff! You need to engage with the staff of the fast applications department and resolve this issue immediately.
