Pathetic service once again from FNB

Once again FNB has shown me that their staff in incapable to so their jobs. I have purchased a device from Istore on the fnb credit card budget plan.

To no avail can someone tell me what is going on. If they keep on with this pathetic service they are going to lose their clients to Capitec. Who is half the price.
