Pathetic service once again

Now that I have purchased a TV from the ebucks site on black Friday I recieved a message saying my delivery would happen by Wednesday the 4th today is Saturday the 7th a week has passed no has contacted me when the arrival date past I had to contact ebucks... No one knows anything about delivery they give me their courier companies details and tracking number and now I am dealing with a Dawn Wing who gave me a soppy story that the package got delivered elsewhere...etc promised I would rec it today and nothing happen.. The lady I am dealing with is avoiding my call. ANGELIC! PATHETIC service from a company that prides it self in "How can we help you?" all you have donebis give me a headache and waste my time. Took my money and no aftercare service at all!!!!
