pathetic service like they are doing me a favour
if i could not put a even a star it will do them justice. 20/02/2023 contacted their help desk (customer service) firstly i was transferred without being told that i am being transferred i was just told to hold and secondly i don't have a branch near by since i have moved to a different province due to work and now i have only 196 in that stupid account that i hardly use i am told only a branch can do that. weather i am willing to travel more than 40km to close a 196 account to them its not a problem. IN BOTLOKWA THERE IS NO FNB BRANCH.

received an email from Refilwe she requested the account should be on Nil before closure, did as instructed. but because I am the one who need the account closed I sent an email requesting account to be closed I didn't get any response.
documents (signed ID) was requested and it was sent but there was no acknowledgements.
is the account closed or I am going to be surprised again with outstanding fees?
