Pathetic service levels.
So this morning I receive the following message:
FNB :-) Please contact FNB Life to update email your email address on your Business Credit Life Plan. Call us on ***.
I must phone them! I FICA'd my business account in September last year so they have all my info.
Really FNB. Is this what your service levels has come to??? I must phone you to update an email address. I pay quite an amount of banking fees on my private and business account every month. Work on your service levels. There are other banks out there!!!
