Pathetic service, lead times and call centre agents have no idea what is going on.

Apply for a new card on the app, money deducted next for a card the following day, 4 days later the card is supposedly at CCD ( who says they no knowledge of the card) . Secure chat on the app doesn't work. when phoning, verification via the app doesn't work. an hour on the phone and nobody has a clue what's going on. Half of the call centre agents say the card is ordered but don't know where it is, the other half say no card has been ordered. The agents say 7 days for a card to be delivered once it reaches CCD? Pathetic! Standard bank delivers cards within 2 to 3 days from ordering.
