Pathetic Service (Home loan department)

On the the 1st April 2021 I logged a query about my home loan not paid by credit life department. It turned out later through money was transferred by credit life department. On the very same day (1st April 2021) my cheque account was debited by Home loan department however, they found insufficient funds. Today (15th April 2021) I just received my UIF payment and you debited my account for home loan. I am drained having to fight with FNB almost every second month. How many times do.i pay my home loan in a month. I am just beyond words with your service.
