Pathetic Service Hayfields Branch

Today 12th of February I got an sms from FNB that a new debit order has gone through, so I quickly went to the bank. FNB Hayfields branch Pietermaritzburg to inquire. It turns out an unauthorized debit order from Vodacom went through R524 I went to ask them to stop/dispute the debit order I was told to go to Vodacom they can't help me. What kind of a bank is this... It turns out someone got my details and took a cell phone using my details I guess another debit order is going to go through again end of the month and my bank can't help me to stop it. So if my bank can't help me who will help me the money was taken from my account. . ******* service..
