omw!!!! honestly pathetic service from FNB business banking i am on a call with a 2nd banker to confirm if my account is finalized and i am kept waiting on the call for more than 20 minutes for them to check i am now about to call the 3rd time for a consultant i have been waiting for 30 minutes now on this call......
