Pathetic service from so-called professionals

Absolutely shocking service. FNB wrongly debited money from my account I must pay my water and electricity with.Now my water and electricity is going to get cutt off. And the whole day they come with long stories and pathetic service. Been asking for a team leader or manager to phone me since this morning!
