Pathetic service from so-called "Premier" banking.

FNB are presenting themselves as the leaders in online technologies. Among other things you can apparently increase the limit on your credit card online. This is totally untrue. I have been trying twice to increase the limit, each time everything seems in order and I am requested to accept their offer. But nothing happens. I have twice requested feedback from my "premier banker", I was asked to provide 3 months payslips and then recieved an email stating that my limit was increase dated 15 March (but we are in April!), the limits mentioned in this email was also much higher than my current and requested limits. Phoning FNB to get clarity is just as futile exercise. After being tranferred all over the place, I requested to speak to my "premier banker" by name (Gloria Maswabi), again I was put on hold for about 10 minutes and then spoke to another switchboard operator who promised to leave her a message to call me back. Needless to say, no callback, no feedback, no limit increaee. Pathetic.

Three days after the complaint was logged, I followed up and was informed that the complaint was resolved without feedback of any kind. When I requested to speak to senior, I was put on hold and then disconnected. Now I an unable to get hold of them again. While the first call was answered within seconds, the second call took almost 8 minutes to be answered.
