Pathetic Service from Premier

<p>Hello,</p> <p>I have been on classic FNB fee saver for many years and the last communication I had was that the minimum balance requesire was R16000. FNB in supposedly changed this to R20000 without informing any holders of that type of account. How can it be a change if noboby is informed. Anyway my balance dropped to R18,915.28 for just 1 day which is still more than the required R16000 that I was last informed about. So how many other sneaky charges and changes is FNB implementing without informing theirs clients?</p> <p> </p>
