Pathetic service from Lethabo and her Manager from FNB mall of Tembisa

Following a complaint I lodged for unacceptable treatment to a disabled adult,no resolution or whatsoever! Till today we haven’t received any answers from FNB mall of Tembisa.The manager called and made empty promises.

3 weeks later a card is still not received!
