Pathetic Service from FNB time and again

After being a loyal client of FNB for 26 years (at current age of 35), I am extremely disappointed with the decision reached by FNB as far as my homeloan application is concerned; even more disappointed that FNB is not willing to hear me out and review my application after such an excellent standing with them.

I app**** for a homeloan and FNB declined it due to me having been listed on ITC for R1,900. I have called over and again to find out what the amount is for and I have reached a dead-end with the person/company that has listed me.
All my accounts are with FNB: long-term/short-term investments, Insurance, Homeloan, vehicle finance, credit card, cheque account, cellphone contract, even my Will is with FNB.
I have no relationship with other banks, yet Standard bank approved the same application for a homeloan.
I always try to prepay my accounts in order to curb high interest rates:

- my vehicle finance was prepaid 2.5 years in advance of the due date.
- due to high interest rates, I closed all my savings and investments to save the money in my homeloan account
- I have been prepaying my bond accounts by a few thousands on a monthly basis.

- worst: FNB ISSUED ME WITH A PLATINUM CREDIT CARD (THAT I DID NOT APPLY FOR) AT THE TIME WHEN THEY DECLINED MY HOMELOAN APPLICATION. THIS MEANS THAT THEY WOULD RATHER FORCE ME TO HAVE DEBT I DONT WANT AND NON BENEFICIAL TO ME, AND DECLINE TO GIVE ME ACCESS TO INVESTMENTS THAT WOULD BENEFIT ME IN THE LONG RUN???

If you do the calculation:
to date, I was supposed to have paid: R31, 000; but instead I have paid 50% of my bond, but I dont QUALIFY to withdraw funds.
It's ok (though unacceptable) for FNB to have declined my application for a homeloan (because of a stupid R1,900 and disregarding the relationship with them as well as my payment profile); but it is truly INHUMAN for FNB to decline my application to withdraw R80,000 from my savings because I am listed for R1,900 that I cannot even find the details for.
I have never had accounts with retailers and pay cash for all my bills, and even if FNB would help me with the details of who is this person/company that I owe, I would pay it in a heartbeat.
