Pathetic Service from FNB Private Wealth

Pathetic service from FNB private Wealth. I recently app**** for vehicle finance thru a dealer. Finance was approved but I am not happy with the rate. Contacted my private banker but no help. Private banker and private wealth suite refuse to negotiate a better rate on vehicle finance because application was done through a dealer. Don't see any point in paying the private wealth banking fees if private bankers can do nothing with an application for a client that is on their system. Will definitely be moving my account as soon as I have the time to do so.
