Pathetic Service from FNB Private!

I am completely dissatisfied with the service I am receiving from FNB! I have been trying to close a revolving loan facility and even after I settled the account I am still being charged! I really expected more from FNB! I will rather change my accounts to another bank if FNB can't get something this small right! I spoke to Thandi from the Private Suite department and she too couldn't assist me. What the hell is the purpose of being a private client if they can't assist you with a simple query like this! Utterly disappointed!
