Pathetic service from FNB Premier Banking

FNB's Premier Banking is a pathetic department. FNB should just close them down as they offer ZERO benefit to Premier Banking Clients. I have called the call centre, send emails on 17/7/2015, 28/07/2015 and still waiting for a response and a resolution for my email. The last case number I got was CAS-106461-Y3N0P6. ABSOLUTELY USELESS! Go to Standard Bank. Their Prestige Bankers are FABULOUS! If it was not for EBucks I would have left FNB long time ago. Worst bank when it comes to service in SA.
