Pathetic Service from FNB, *** bank

Pathetic service from FNB. Tried to call for assistance and all I get is that they unable to help. What a way to live up to your motto, but when R1239 in bank charges was taken then all you can do is say thank you for the money. Totally unacceptable 😑 😤
