Pathetic Service from FNB in Atlantis

I have a few complaints with regards to FNB Atlantis.

1: Their trading hours on their website says on a Thursday the branch opens at 08:00 in the morning but when we got there this morning 21/11/2019 (Thursday) we were informed it only opens at 9:00 am. 2: There is only 3 atm's in Atlantis which is not helpful at all. The 2 ATM's in the Atlantis City Mall you can only excess during shopping hours which is 8am - 7pm. The 3rd one is at the Avondale 7/11 which has been out of service for 2 weeks now. 3: There is no teller facility in the branch meaning you cannot withdraw large amounts of money inside, I was informed this morning 21/11/2019 that I need to go to another branch like Tableview or Malmesbury. What do you do in this situation if you do not have transport. 4: There is also no FNB ATM's in Mamre so how do you expect to keep your clients / customers happy if your service is so pathetic in Atlantis.
