Pathetic service from FNB ewallet

Poor. Utterly poor Ewallet blocked since 7 Sept 2018. Bank phoned to rectify and was promised it would be within 24 hours. 12 Sept 2018- called twice- ewallet still blocked with funds in it. Was promised it would be unblocked and available in 2 hours- from 4pm on 12 Sept 2018. Still blocked by 6 pm. Again asked to wait 2 hours. Still blocked by 22:30!!!!! This is pathetic!!
