Pathetic service from FNB enterprise

Pathetic service from FNB enterprise (Lynn Solomons) as they are unable to grant us access to our account. After signing all the necessary mandates and providing it to them they are still unable to tell us when they will get it resolved after expressing on multiple occasions that we have month end payments that need to be released doesn't seem like they care.
