Pathetic service from FNB

Unauthorized debit, I put a stop on one of my debits as I have been doing consistent EFT's . A debit went of my account on the 13th of April which should not have been the case but how did you guys allow it, now when i want to reverse the debit order your consultants tell me that the debit reversal facility is offline. How the hell on earth is this possible, ARE YOU GUYS SO DESPERATE TO HOLD MONEY THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO YOU TO SUPPORT YOU IN THIS CRISIS. DO U THINK WE HAVE ENUF MONEY LYING AROUND? WHAT DO WE HAVE TO DO TO GET OUR MONEY. WE PAY YOU BANK CHARGES FOR WHAT. I cant wait for this lock down to be over to cancel my accounts with you.
