Pathetic Service from FNB
I have never been so disappointed with FNB like I am today. I called them on Monday, the 12th of October, and spoke to Tshimangadzo Mokwebo. The reason for my call was to request for a debit order to be stopped from going off my account, from October. I told the consultant that I had settled the amount that was owed to the creditor on the 25th of September, and was in possession of a "Paid up letter". I was very clear in my request that, I was not calling to dispute the debit order, but to make sure that there are no further debit orders that go off my account to this particular creditor. After being asked to confirm the creditor's name, date of debit order as well as the amount, I was assured that within 7 days it will be actioned, but no confirmation was going to be sent to me. I was also advised of the cost for putting a "Stop" on this debit order, of R29. 00 I was shocked to receive an SMS today, notifying me that debit order dispute had been resolved and the funds credited back to my account. I then made a call again to FNB, was put on hold 2 times, only to be told that the mangers will do an investigation, and come back to me. I will be waiting for their call, so that they can sort out this mess that they created.
