Pathetic service from FNB during a worldwide pandemic

Absolutely shocking service from FNB housing finance. I have been trying to get help for weeks now. Your call agents transfer from pillar to post back to the queue. No concern whatsoever. Your people clearly dont understand that there people out there who pay their salaries that need help and yet this is how one gets treated. Definitely need to move my bond out!
