Pathetic service from FNB ***** department

I reported ***** a month ago. I submitted all necessary documentation together with SAPS affidavit and case number. Up to now I have not heard any feed from the investigator, Beverly Nukeri despite numerous email follow ups. Pathetic service from FNB
