Pathetic service from Fnb

A ***** transaction was made on my account. I was told it can take up to 30 days to 'investigate' the ***** and whether they're able to refund the money ****** from my account. No contact has been made from the bank in over a month! I've been phoning weekly with no luck at all! It takes hours to get through to an operator but none of them are able to assist! Absolutely disgusted and disappointed by the pathetic service offered by Fnb. This is the third ***** incident that has occurred with Fnb due to their lack of security. Think twice before opening an Fnb account!
