Pathetic service from FNB connect

I am on the FNB network and this morning around 8am all of a sudden my network stopped working. I cant make phone calls, send sms' or connect to the internet (yes i have airtime and data). I contacted FNB and spoke to Nkolisi (case number: CAS172043 ) who reset my sim card and then asked me to remove my sim card and restart my phone. This did not work. He said we must wait 5mins. During this 5mins i informed him it still does not work and he said well he has to deal with other calls and this after i told him it still doesnt work. He then suggests he can escalate it to the technical department but the turnaround time is 5days and a few hours. which is ridiculous! I have to pay a full months premium but will not be getting service for a full week min.

i then said i want to speak to his manager and he said his manager will not be able to do anything else. I said the manager should be able to escalate it to someone who actually knows how to help. He "transferred" me to his manager except i was then on hold for more than 10mins, so clearly he just put me on hold or transferred me to a number he knows does not work.

Ridiculous pathetic service from FNB. Why must i pay if they don't provide the service they said they would???
