Pathetic service from FNB

If only I was able to rate lower I would certainly do so. customer service is non existent. I was told they are working from home and so therefore do not have access to a supervisor. Can someone from FNB please contact me regarding REF ***F .

Certainly there should be at least 1 competent person working there .
