Pathetic Service from FNB Business banking

Pathetic service from FNB Business banking division my client trying to open Business bank account and move from Capitec , he applies online . they contact him and say a consultant will call him in 2 hours . 2 days later he calls them and they promise to call back within 1 hours .. 2 days later still NO Call . is this the service you give to New prospective customers .
