Pathetic service from FNB Business Banking

FNB Business Banking - My business bank account was made inactive due to outstanding documentation which I don't have a problem with, but I have submitted all the documents on 19-Mar-25 and today is 31-Mar-25 and my account is still inactive. I have phoned the call center several times and every time they send an urgent message but nothing happens after that and there is no way to escalate the problem. My numerous calls have not been handled with any urgency and I am not able to pay my bills which have an enormous financial impact on my business.
