Pathetic Service from FNB

For 3 months now FNB cant get my app to work, every department tells me that someone else will call me. I've called the call centre atleast 10 times, always getting a Different story. Went to 2 Rustenburg branches 3 times, no one could assist, get sms's saying "High priority Complaint received yet no one contacts me. This is my 3rd Hellopeter post". Its been 3 months now. No one can assist.
