PATHETIC SERVICE FROM FNB

After being charged incorrectly FNB keep transferring me from one end to the other. It is as if no one understands what i am saying. To top it off i get put on hold indefinitely and no one has the decency to call back. My money is being wasted by your incompetence. Are u paying me for my time spent trying to resolve a simple issue
