PATHETIC SERVICE FROM FNB
As a client of FNB I have received pathetic service from them.I was a victim of ***** and as a client I have had pathetic service from them.They dont respond timeously to emails no one can help they transfer from department to department its just pathetic.They logo stands for nothing

25 Mar 2024, 17:09Ive received emails that someone from complaints is going to contact me im still waiting.They closed my case without any feedback.No call or email. As a client im very disappointed at how my case was handled.being a client for so long.And that they didn't help me in the way I expected

28 Mar 2024, 14:11It has been 3 days and I have received no call whatsoever from Fnb.I cannot see there reply to me on private so Im not sure what they have rep****.Its actually pathetic how they have so *********** staff that just doesn't give a damn.As a big company there service is pathetic and I have been dissatisfied with the service received from them.
