Pathetic Service from FNB and the staff member Semakaleng Ramela

Listed for arrears which never transpired since May 2023 - I have been going back and forth with them to remove the listing from the bureaus.

I get empty promise only from Semakaleng Ramela.

I am so frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
