Pathetic service from FNB

Having app**** for credit life insurance .sending all my details .having FNB decline my application as they said government was giving Ters now they handed me to the attorney for not paying a loan that I have a credit life insurance for and I haven't received a salary.How do they expect pple to pay for their loan when we not earning a salary.the bank is aware of this and all documents was sent to them. Now they sent my account over to Attorneys and I have no idea how that will help as I am still not receiving a salary.
