Pathetic service from FNB

Dealing with FNB homeloans, I have come to expect pathetic service. I have a bond with FNB and decided to take a further loan, but FNB has no interest in relationships with its clients. Myself and my wife have a very stable income, good credit record, never defaulted on any payments. FNB is not a people's bank, if a person is expectinh to have a good relationship with a bank and expecting to grow with their bank. Don't deal with FNB. Everything is difficult, every service that will benefit you as a client is difficult. I am sick and tired of having to deal with this bank and its staff. Apparently their buisness practice does not allow them to offer me a prime interest rate, I can't use my attorney who is on their panel. I have sent an email requesting to cancel the further loan due to how difficult and stressful this experience has become. Please rather consult and bank, a bank that understands its customers need, please stay away from FNB
