Pathetic Service from FNB

I am so fed up with FNB!!!! It is easy for them to upgrade customers to different levels but when you want to cancel your Private Client benefits because i dont use it and they charge a ridicilous amount of R399 per month i want a normal Gold card. Trying now for the last 3 months and still no luck!!! That is pathetic!!!!
