Pathetic service from FNB

Good day

I have been trying to apply for a debit facility for my business.

I have a business account with FNB and have been a long standing member of FNB.

It is ridiculous that your consultants cannot seem to help me yet they keep me waiting on the phone for over 30 minutes to answer my call and still do not give me answers!!!

I am appalled at the way FNB is handling this and I still do not know where I stand with my debiting facility!

If this is not sorted out by COB today I am taking my business account as well as my personal account to another bank!
